Job summary

Covestro seeks a Marketing Manager – Mobility Americas to lead the regional adaptation of the global mobility marketing strategy for the Americas, collaborating with OEMs, suppliers, and technology partners to shape market presence.

You will drive sustainability initiatives, lead cross-functional teams, and represent Covestro EP Mobility in external forums and industry events, ensuring consistent messaging and value delivery across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business with 8+ years of automotive experience or Master's with 6+ years in techno-commercial roles.
• Experience in plastics/automotive industry understanding materials, applications, and value chains.

Responsibilities

• Lead Mobility Americas marketing strategy from segmentation to value proposition.
• Build external network with OEMs, Tier suppliers, and technology partners.
• Co-lead the Lighting Market & Business Development program globally with Mobility teams.
• Manage the Americas Business Development Portfolio with R&D to shape product roadmap.
• Drive Circular Economy initiatives for Mobility Americas within Covestro's sustainability agenda.
• Lead and execute the MarCom plan for Americas with trade shows and digital campaigns.
• Represent Covestro EP Mobility as a KOL and external speaker.
