Job summary

United Access L.L.C. is seeking a Service Technician in Salt Lake City, UT. The role offers an hourly pay range of $28.00 - $34.00 plus an incentive bonus plan and benefits including health care, dental, vision, PTO, and 401K matching.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• ASE certification is a plus.
• Basic automotive technology certificate or similar certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn all product and services within 30 days and become a resource for clients; diagnose conversion vehicle service or repair issues based on customer description; document repairs from diagnosis to service.
• Demonstrate solid mechanical knowledge within 60 days; determine best course of action to repair; maintain knowledge base and stay current with changes.
• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and current clients; support store operations; complete jobs within timeframes; assist team.
• Perform basic installation tasks (e.g., platform lifts and docking station) within 6 months; complete paperwork accurately; instruct clients on equipment use; take on ad hoc projects.
