Job summary

National Seating and Mobility is seeking a full-time Technician to join our team on a day shift, Monday through Friday. You will respond to service calls, repair seating and mobility equipment, assemble components, and ensure timely delivery and setup for clients.

Ideal candidates are mechanically inclined, able to lift 50 pounds, hold a valid driver’s license, and have a High School Diploma or equivalent. We offer PTO, 401(k) match, and education assistance as part of competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Mechanically inclined with experience using hand tools and power tools.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds, with or without accommodation.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Responds to service calls and makes repairs in various environments (branch, field, clinic, schools, care homes).
• Assembles seating, mobility, ADL and home accessibility equipment per specifications.
• Provides inventory control for custom, special orders and stock items in the branch.
• Delivers equipment as directed by Branch operations and Field leadership, including fitting and instruction.
• Provides technical support to Rehab Technology Specialist as needed.
