• 3 to 5 years’ experience in a technical service role or mechanical technician role, involving customer facing activities.
• AS Degree or equivalent with engineering discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs on mobility devices and develop service procedures.
• Assist ATPs in configuring user‑specific seating solutions.
• Provide technical support to clinicians and users.
