About CFS Transportation

CFS Transportation provides non‑emergency medical transportation and mobility support for seniors and individuals with medical needs throughout San Diego County.

Position: Mobility Aide

Full‑time, Monday‑Friday. Shift options: 6:00 AM–2:30 PM, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for “companion needed” participants during scheduled trips.
• Coordinate with dispatch and the assigned driver throughout the day.
• Provide safe, respectful point‑to‑point assistance, including greeting, transfers, and accompanying participants.
• Assist with wheelchair/walker support and maintain seat belt compliance during transport.
• Offer vigilance during trips, locate participants in complex areas, and complete a warm hand‑off to family/caregivers or provider staff at drop‑off.
