What You’ll Do:

• Provide Specialized Care:Deliver expert-level, advanced wound care including allografting, surgical debridement, and management of chronic, non-healing wounds.
• Collaborate with Healthcare Teams:Partner with a multidisciplinary team for seamless care coordination and optimal outcomes.
• Manage Your Schedule:Enjoy autonomy as you travel to patient homes, creating your own rhythm of patient care.
• Document with Precision:Maintain accurate patient records for assessments, treatments, and progress.
• Stay Ahead:Contribute to continuous improvement and stay current with leading-edge wound care techniques.

What You’ll Bring:

• Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license.
• Wound Care Certification (preferred, with CEUs provided if needed within 90 days of hire).
• Valid DEA License.
• Strong independence, communication, and organizational skills.
• A passion for patient-centered care.
