Job summary

NIVA Health is seeking a Part-Time Mobile Wound Care Provider (NP/PA) to deliver advanced wound care directly to patients in homes and local facilities across North Carolina. You will independently manage wound care, apply innovative therapies, mentor team members, and collaborate across specialties while maintaining meticulous EMR documentation in a dynamic mobile setting.

Qualified candidates hold an active NP or PA license with demonstrated wound care expertise and a valid driver’s license
