Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN license in Illinois.
• Experience in wound care preferred.
• Ability to travel daily to patient homes and facilities.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and digital documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform wound care tasks under supervision of licensed staff.
• Conduct ABI assessments and Ultramist therapy.
• Carry out wound swabs and follow provider orders.
• Travel to patients' homes and care facilities daily as needed.
