Qualifications

• RN or LPN licensed in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Proficient in wound care and infection control.

• Experience with EMR systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks under the direction of licensed wound care staff.
• Apply wound care knowledge and adhere to clinical guidelines.
• Conduct ABI assessments and ultrasound therapy support as needed.
• Carry out wound swabs and document findings.
• Travel daily to provide in-home and facility care.
