Qualifications

Master's or Doctorate in Nursing; active Tennessee NP license.
Certification as a Nurse Practitioner and 1+ year procedural wound care experience.
Proven wound care management expertise and familiarity with cellular tissue products.

Responsibilities

Travel to facilities and patients' homes as part of a mobile practice.
Perform bedside wound care procedures and assist with positioning for optimal treatment.
Conduct biopsies, debridement, injections and related wound care procedures.
Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for acute and chronic conditions.
Educate patients on treatment plans, preventive care and lifestyle changes.
Maintain accurate medical records using EHR systems and participate in quality improvement.
