Job summary

A mobile wound care provider is seeking licensed Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants in San Antonio, TX, to deliver advanced wound care services to patients at home or in skilled nursing facilities (SNFs). Qualifications

• Licensed Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants based in San Antonio, TX.
• Local travel required to provide advanced wound care services.

Responsibilities

• Select, order, and perform tests and procedures to treat the patient.
• Perform wound care procedures and debridement as appropriate.
• Define and document patient diagnoses and treatment plans.
• Ensure patient satisfaction and provide education.
• Apply topical wound care products and document findings.
