Job summary

West Coast Wound & Skin Care is a mobile wound care provider delivering advanced wound treatment to patients in their homes and SNFs around the Denver area. You will travel locally within your designated region to deliver in-home wound care, perform procedures, and manage the plan of care.

We seek Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants with CO licensure and CPR certification. Strong communication and customer-service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Current state license as NP or PA in CO.
• CPR certification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have valid driver’s license; local travel required.

Responsibilities

• Select, order, and perform tests and procedures to treat patients.
• Perform wound care procedures as part of the plan of care.
• Define and document patient diagnoses.
• Ensure patient satisfaction throughout care.
• Educate patients and manage care plans.
