Job summary

Natural Systems Utilities is seeking a Mobile Wastewater Operator for the Brewster, Massachusetts area. You will monitor and adjust treatment processes, collect data and samples, and perform preventative maintenance.

The role requires independence and strong scheduling abilities to cover assigned sites, with a on-call rotation and weekend work as needed. Candidates should have at least a grade 3M wastewater license or be eligible; possession of a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 1 year of wastewater experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform critical testing of facility operations (pH, DO, chlorine) to monitor system condition.
• Complete Discharge Monitoring Reports as required by permits.
• Perform preventative maintenance on treatment plant equipment.
• Maintain complete records of facility operations and maintenance.
• Operate plants to meet all regulatory guidelines and responsibilities.
