Job summary

Citron Hygiene is seeking Hygiene Technicians to join our Service Team in the Baltimore area. You will drive to client sites to service washrooms, deliver and replace products, and ensure exemplary facility standards.

Responsibilities include operating Kaivac power washing, maintaining equipment, logging activities, and representing the Citron Hygiene brand. This is a full-time position with a 4-day work week and company vehicle provided.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must pass a background check.
• Good attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform field service tasks.
• Flexibility with working days including Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hygiene and washroom products to customers.
• Maintain and service equipment, including refilling dispensers and replacing components.
• Maintain feminine hygiene receptacles and sanitize waste.
• Ensure all equipment at customer sites functions properly.
• Track and analyze work routes with the manager at day end.
• Meet customer needs and document special requests.
• Input work activities in the smartphone device provided by the Company.
• Act as an ambassador for the Citron Hygiene brand.
• Perform power washing service in customer restrooms using a Kaivac machine.
• Other duties as required.
