Job summary

Citron Hygiene is seeking a Service Team Leader to oversee daily hygiene service operations and lead a team of technicians delivering services to client sites. This role combines hands-on fieldwork with leadership responsibilities, ensuring high service quality, operational efficiency, and strong customer satisfaction.

• High School diploma required.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Train, coach, and support a team of 10+ Hygiene Technicians.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
• Foster a transparent, high-performance team culture.
• Deliver and collect sanitary disposal units.
• Clean and detail washroom fixtures (sinks, toilets, urinals).
• Install and replenish washroom products.
• Assist with service coverage, emergencies, and missed appointments.
• Conduct site inspections and service audits for quality.
• Act as on-site point of contact for customers.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve complaints.
• Maintain accurate service records using Salesforce and other systems.
• Assist with payroll and timesheets.
• Follow health and safety policies.
• Support regional goals and operational improvements.
