Job summary

VIP Petcare is seeking a Mobile Veterinary Supervisor to lead the field team, oversee clinic operations, and ensure exceptional care and service as pets visit our mobile clinics. This leadership role involves mentoring Veterinary Clinic Assistants, coordinating clinic flow, and maintaining safety and cleanliness standards in dynamic environments.

The position offers part- and full-time options in a fast-paced field service with weekend/evening shifts, with opportunities to advance within VIP

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience in veterinary, retail, or mobile service environments.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid Driver’s License is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee non-medical aspects of mobile clinic operations.
• Document pet health information, services, and notes in clinic systems.
• Review discharge instructions, handle payments, and label/dispense medications.
• Safely restrain pets during vaccinations, microchipping, and nail trims.
• Drive the mobile clinic van and manage setup/breakdown at locations.
• Keep the clinic clean and compliant by disinfecting surfaces and equipment.
