Job summary

Tractor Supply seeks a Mobile Veterinary Supervisor for VIP Petcare to lead field clinic operations and mentor staff in a fast-paced environment. You will work directly with animals and pet parents, report to the VIP Petcare team, and help drive growth through high-quality service.

Responsibilities include overseeing clinic flow, handling non-medical tasks, and promoting preventive care while traveling between locations with the mobile clinic van.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience in veterinary, retail, or mobile services.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid Driver’s License is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee non-medical aspects of mobile clinic operations, ensuring a safe, efficient, and organized clinic experience.
• Mentor and lead Veterinary Clinic Assistants with guidance and feedback.
• Educate pet parents on preventive care and service recommendations.
• Drive and operate the mobile clinic van, including setup and breakdown at locations.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety and compliance standards.
