Job summary

VIP Petcare is seeking a Mobile Veterinary Supervisor to lead a dynamic mobile clinic team and work directly with animals and the public. This hands-on role reports to the VIP Petcare team and emphasizes leadership, clinical flow, and customer service excellence.

Responsibilities include mentoring staff, ensuring safety, documenting care, and promoting preventive services while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and professionalism in every location.

Qualifications

• Experience in leadership or supervisory roles in fast-paced environments.
• Customer service or sales experience is preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee non-medical aspects of mobile clinic operations.
• Document pet health information and services provided.
• Review discharge instructions, handle payments, and label/dispense medications.
• Restrain pets safely during routine wellness services.
• Drive and coordinate the mobile clinic van setup and breakdown.
• Mentor Veterinary Clinic Assistants with guidance and feedback.
• Educate pet parents on preventive care and product recommendations.
• Track inventory, vaccine expiration dates, and restock supplies.
