Job summary

VIP Petcare is seeking a Mobile Veterinary Supervisor in Naperville to lead field operations for our mobile clinics and work directly with pets and their families. This leadership role involves mentoring staff, coordinating clinic flow, and ensuring high-quality customer service across all daily activities.

The position requires prior supervisory experience, a valid driver’s license, and comfort with fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

Oversee non-medical aspects of mobile clinic operations.
Document pet health information and services in clinic systems.
Support the pet parent journey—review discharge instructions, handle payments, and label and dispense medications.
Safely restrain pets during vaccinations, microchipping, and nail trims.
Drive and operate the mobile clinic van; assist with setup/breakdown at locations.
Maintain cleanliness and safety of clinic surfaces and equipment.
Mentor and coach Veterinary Clinic Assistants; provide performance feedback.
Educate pet parents on preventive care and suggest services/products.
Track inventory, vaccine expirations, and restock supplies.
Ensure safety protocols align with VIP Petcare values.
