Job summary

Tractor Supply Company seeks a dedicated team member to support pet wellness clinics. You will help with vaccines, microchips, dispensing medications, and daily clinic operations while delivering excellent customer service to pet parents.

Responsibilities include patient handling, data entry on iPad, and driving mobile clinic logistics. A high school diploma and valid driver’s license are required, with prior customer service experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license and VIP Petcare MVR Check
• Previous customer service sales experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities

• Collect payment, dispense and label medication, and review discharge paperwork with pet parents
• Safely restrain/hold pets for wellness procedures including vaccines, nail trims and microchips
• Prepare canine and feline vaccines and scan for microchips
• Drive company van to clinics and manage logistics for mobile vet services
• Provide customer service and educate pet parents about clinic services and products
