Lap of Love Veterinary Hospice is seeking a Part-Time Mobile Veterinarian to serve Joliet, IL and nearby areas including Kankakee, New Lenox, Bourbonnais, Plainfield, Frankfort, and surrounding communities. This role focuses on hospice and euthanasia care delivered in the clients' homes, offering flexibility and the chance to practice with purpose.

The position emphasizes work-life balance in a mobile practice with mentorship and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• DVM/VMD/BVMS degree required.
• Valid U.S. drivers license.
• Weekend availability.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Background and motor vehicle record check post-hire and before start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate hospice and euthanasia care for pets.
• Operate as a mobile veterinarian serving Joliet-Kankakee and surrounding areas.
