Job summary

Lap of Love seeks a Part-Time Mobile Veterinarian to join our Chicago West, IL service area. As a mobile hospice veterinary team member, youll provide compassionate end-of-life care, euthanasia, and support to families in homes, hospitals, and nearby communities.

We offer flexible 2–5 day per week schedules, a guaranteed base salary of $55,000 per year with bonus opportunities, and comprehensive onboarding with mentors.

Qualifications

• DVM/VMD/BVMS degree required.
• Current U.S. drivers license required.
• Availability to work some weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Candidates will be subject to a background and motor vehicle record check.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate hospice and euthanasia care for pets and families.
• Deliver mobile veterinary services in homes and local communities.
• Maintain high standards of clinical care and client communication.
