Job summary

Manheim is seeking Mobile Inspectors to perform on-site vehicle condition inspections for dealer clients across an assigned territory. You will document condition accurately, support marketplace transparency, and help maintain inventory flow.

Roles include Level 1, Level 2, and Senior positions with growth. Candidates must meet the listed minimum qualifications and be able to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimal automotive knowledge preferred (body and mechanical).
• 0-1 years of automotive-related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections in accordance with Manheim inspection standards.
• Locate, start, move, inspect, and return vehicles safely on dealer client lots.
• Verify VINs, mileage, sub-series, and options; ensure accurate system entry.
• Inspect exterior condition: tires, frame, glass, panels, and mechanical components.
• Inspect interior condition: seating, dashboard, and installed options.
