Job summary

Manheim is seeking Mobile Vehicle Condition Inspectors at multiple levels to conduct on-site inspections for dealer clients across identified territory. Inspectors document exterior/interior conditions, powertrain checks, and mechanical components to support transparency and inventory flow.

Role emphasizes independent work, safety, and client engagement. Training on Manheim standards is provided; positions vary by experience and business need.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
• Ability to meet physical and mental demands of the role within required timeframes.
• 0-1 years automotive-related experience preferred for Level 1; 1-2 years for Level 2; 5+ years for Senior level.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and document condition per Manheim standards.
• Safely move and position vehicles on dealer lots.
• Accurately document vehicle data and condition in inspection systems.
• Build trust with dealer clients and educate on inspection services.
• Prepare daily activity reports and use Salesforce for tracking.
