Job summary

Manheim Mobile Inspections, part of Cox Automotive, seeks Mobile Inspectors to conduct on-site vehicle condition inspections for dealer clients across assigned territories. You will document vehicle condition accurately using Manheim standards, support client trust, and promote participation in mobile inspection services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimal automotive knowledge preferred (body and mechanical).
• 0-1 years of automotive-related experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record required.
• Ability to meet physical and mental demands of the role within required timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections in accordance with Manheim inspection standards.
• Verify vehicle identification, VINs, mileage, sub-series, and options; ensure accurate system entry.
• Inspect and document exterior and interior vehicle conditions, including tires, frame, glass, seating, and installed options.
• Prepare and submit daily activity and production reports; use Salesforce.com for reporting and lead management.
