Job summary

Automotive Technology Experts (ATE) is seeking a Field Technician to deliver diagnostic, programming, and calibration services at Crash Champions locations. This mobile role requires daily travel in a company vehicle and a focus on safety, accuracy, and customer service.

You will diagnose, calibrate, and program various vehicle systems, document work per OEM standards, perform test drives, and communicate clearly with shops and customers.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of automotive service and diagnostics experience.
• Strong knowledge of ADAS and electrical services.
• Able to program vehicle modules with factory or approved software.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fast and accurate ATE service support to customers.
• Travel daily to service locations in a company-provided vehicle.
• Perform diagnostics, calibrations, programming, scanning, and wiring repairs.
• Document calibrations per OEM guidelines and obtain approvals.
• Conduct test drives to verify system functionality.
