Job summary

NATIVE HEALTH seeks an Outreach Nurse to support mobile, school-based, and community vaccination and STI services in Maricopa County. The role involves coordinating outreach activities, ensuring patient safety, and expanding access for underserved populations.

Under clinical supervision, you will monitor operations, document vaccine administration in ASIIS, manage supplies, and educate patients. The position emphasizes culturally responsive care and collaboration with health partners.

Qualifications

• RN license required and eligible for Arizona state许可
• Experience in community/public health nursing preferred
• Ability to coordinate outreach events and vaccination services

Responsibilities

• Monitor clinical operations at outreach events and ensure patient safety
• Coordinate immunization and STI testing programs at community events
• Document vaccine administration in EHR/ASIIS and ensure timely reporting
• Maintain vaccine storage conditions and inventory, and ensure readiness of emergency equipment
• Collaborate with outreach staff to plan events, preregistration, logistics, and follow-up
• Provide patient education and respond to vaccine/STI questions from the community
• Track outcomes and ensure linkage to care for positive test results
