Job summary

Applicant must hold an AZ NP license, be Board-certified (ANCC/AANP), have DEA, and BLS; ACLS within 90 days. Travel within service communities is required; full-time position with remote support as needed.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Nursing required.
• Unrestricted AZ Board of Nursing license as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Board certification via ANCC or AANP as NP.
• Current DEA registration.
• Current BLS certification; ACLS within 90 days of hire.
• Valid Driver’s License and ability to travel for mobile unit work.
• Pass Employee Health Program and background check.

Responsibilities

• Assess and provide comprehensive medical care for patients and families.
• Order, perform and interpret tests and procedures as needed.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic illnesses.
• Prescribe medications per clinical privileges and coordinate with physicians.
• Document data and care plans in medical records; ensure continuity of care.
