Job summary

TEN (Transportation Equipment Network) is seeking a Mobile Trailer Technician to perform on-site inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs at customer locations across Florida. You will service various trailer types and complete work orders with a strong emphasis on safety and compliance.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on experience with trailer systems, welding, and electrical troubleshooting, plus the ability to work independently in a fast-paced mobile environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Trailer Technician or Fleet Maintenance Technician.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with knowledge of trailer systems and components.
• Experience with welding, fabrication, brake systems, and electrical troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Respond to mobile service calls and perform on-site trailer repairs.
• Inspect, diagnose, and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and structural trailer issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance, safety inspections, and DOT-related repairs.
• Repair and replace components including brake and suspension systems, wiring, frames, and doors.
• Welding and fabrication as required; document work orders and service reports.
• Monitor parts inventory on service vehicles and ensure safety compliance.
