Job summary

Clarke Power Services is seeking a Mobile Trailer Mechanic to join our mobile service team. The role involves repairing and maintaining trailers and trucks, performing diagnostics, and delivering high-quality customer service across job sites.

Responsibilities include PMI's on trailers and power units, brake/steering/electrical work, road calls, and independent work while adhering to safety standards. CDL is a plus; DOT medical card is required or obtainable.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years major trailer body work experience is a must.
• Basic computer/troubleshooting skills are required.
• CDL is a plus.
• Welding experience is a plus.
• Must be able to obtain DOT Medical Card.

Responsibilities

• Perform PMI's on semi-trailers, dollies, drop van trailers, and 6-8 power units of all makes/models.
• Repair and maintain brakes, steering, suspension, electrical, A/C, and minor engine issues.
• Test drive vehicles under 26,000 GVW and handle mobile road calls.
• Assist other technicians and work independently when needed.
