Job summary

TEN (Transportation Equipment Network) is seeking a Mobile Trailer Technician for the second shift to perform on-site inspections, diagnostics, and repairs at customer locations across North America. Join a nationwide leader with a large trailer fleet.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with trailer systems, brakes, electrical, welding and DOT compliance; CDL/DOT experience preferred. Weekly pay, benefits, and sign-on bonuses are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience as Trailer Technician, Trailer Mechanic, or Fleet Maintenance Technician.
• Hands-on experience with trailer systems, components, and diagnostics.
• Familiarity with welding, braking systems, electrical troubleshooting, and DOT guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Respond to mobile service calls and perform on-site trailer repairs.
• Inspect, diagnose, and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and structural issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance and safety inspections including DOT-related repairs.
• Repair and replace brakes, suspension, electrical wiring, frames, doors, and structural components.
• Perform welding and fabrication as required.
• Complete and document work orders and service reports.
• Monitor and manage parts inventory on service vehicles.
• Ensure trailers meet safety regulations and compliance standards.
