Job summary

US Tech Force in De Pere, WI is seeking a dependable Mobile Trailer Technician to service customer units on-site via a mobile service truck. The role requires reliability, organization, and professionalism as the first point of contact with customers.

This is a full-time position with flexibility to meet customer needs. Responsibilities include repairing mechanical and electrical trailer systems, performing DOT and PM inspections, welding and fabrication of steel/aluminum, wiring trailers, tire

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous trailer technician experience is preferred.
• Valid Wisconsin driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Repair and service mechanical, electrical, and other trailer components using hand/power tools and welding equipment.
• Identify areas in need of repair to meet customer expectations.
• Perform DOT and PM inspections on trailers.
• Weld and fabricate steel and aluminum as needed.
• Repair electronics and wiring on trailers.
• Repair tires and assist on service calls.
• Accurately complete forms, timecards, and parts requests.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
