Qualifications

• Six-month automotive experience required or preferred.
• Three months of customer service experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Perform tire and automotive services including fluid exchanges, maintenance, brake repairs, and mobile services.
• Safely drive between appointments and represent Goodyear on the road.
• Conduct safety checks before and during service.
• Explain the service process and answer customer questions to ensure satisfaction.
• Operate and manage manual tasks, equipment setup, and product reconciliation.
• Occasionally travel to other cities to train or receive training on new technology.
