Responsibilities

• Technical Expertise: Conduct preventative and light maintenance on commercial vehicles, focusing on wheel end work, brakes, air systems, and related systems.
• Tire Service: Provide specialized tire services, including mounting, dismounting, and repairs.
• Safety: Uphold safety and liability policies to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
• Teamwork: Collaborate as part of a motivated team to meet goals and deadlines.
• Physical: Perform a variety of manual tasks for extended periods, including lifting and handling tires and wheels; standing, bending, and squatting as required.

Basic Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and at least 21 years of age.
• Must have one year of previous commercial truck or light mechanical service experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license for the type of vehicle required and meet commercial driver qualification requirements.

Compensation

• Starting Pay: Guaranteed Base Rate: $23 - $25 hourly.
• Incentive Earnings: Earn 35% of service labor sales. If incentive exceeds base guarantee, higher incentive pay applies.
