Job summary

Delta-T Group seeks Mobile Therapist & Behavioral Consultants to serve adolescents in the Philadelphia area. The role offers long-term and part-time options, with a base pay of $33/hr+ and competitive weekly processing of compensation.

Responsibilities include assessing needs, designing interventions, and coordinating with families and the counseling team to implement behavior modification plans in a facility-based setting in NE/West Philadelphia.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience working directly with children or adolescents with autism.
• Master's Degree in education, social work, counseling, juvenile justice, or other health-related discipline.
• Licensed BC or license eligible (preferred).
• Ability to complete and pass FBI, Child Abuse (ACT 168), and Criminal Background Clearance.
• Must provide current medical/health documents including physical exam, TB test, CPR and First Aid.

Responsibilities

• Assess children's behavioral health needs and develop therapeutic interventions.
• Provide assessment, program design, and family consultation for children with behavioral issues.
• Collaborate with counseling team to design and direct a behavior modification plan.
• Facility based in NE/West Philadelphia.
• Facilitate collaboration and communication across settings or providers.

Skills

Experience with autism

CPR/First Aid certified

Education
