Job summary

Dunbar Wellness Group in Philadelphia is seeking a Mobile Therapist (MT) for their Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) program. This is a fee-for-service role (1099) providing therapy to children, adolescents and families in homes, schools and community sites with flexible hours.

You will deliver individual, child and family therapy, perform assessments, develop treatment plans, apply CBT/DBT and trauma-informed approaches, and maintain weekly progress notes while coordinating with the

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a clinical behavioral health discipline such as Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage & Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active Pennsylvania clinical license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent) or license-eligible under PA regulations.
• Demonstrated experience providing therapy to children, youth, and families in community-based or outpatient settings.
• Proficiency with evidence-based treatment models and the ability to adapt interventions to client needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, child, and family therapy in home, school, community, or telehealth settings.
• Conduct clinical assessments to address emotional, behavioral, and psychosocial needs.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans using evidence-based interventions.
• Utilize CBT, DBT, Family Systems, and trauma-informed approaches.
• Deliver crisis intervention and coordinate care with the Behavioral Consultant and treatment team.
• Document weekly progress notes in compliance with IBHS and agency standards.
• Participate in team supervision and professional consultations.
