Job summary

Delta-T Group is seeking Case Managers to provide services in the Philadelphia area. This temporary role supports initial and ongoing evaluations for children and families, with same-day service notes and early intervention planning.

Work hours are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. The position offers weekly compensation, a blended schedule, and access to a broad array of client opportunities within behavioral health and social services.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience working with children.
• Bachelor degree under Human Services umbrella (psych, social work, sociology, criminal justice, political science).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the performance of initial and ongoing evaluations of the child and family.
• Complete initial and ongoing assessments of the child and family as required.
• Assist families in identifying early intervention services and support identified on their IFSP.
• Enter service notes the same day that the activity occurs.
