Matrix Behavior Solutions in Luzerne County is seeking Behavior Consultants (BC) and Mobile Therapists (MT) to deliver one-on-one behavioral and therapeutic services to children and adolescents. The role includes developing treatment plans, supervising staff, and collaborating with families and schools.

Qualified candidates hold a Master’s in psychology, counseling, social work or a related field and PA licenses (LBS/LPC/LCSW/LSW/LMFT or psychologist) with clearances.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work or related field is required.
• Valid PA licenses (LBS, LPC, LCSW, LSW, LMFT or psychologist) for the $44.00 rate; clinicians with IBHS grad degree may start at $38.00 with free supervision.
• PA Child Abuse, Criminal and FBI clearances within 2 years are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, direct one-on-one behavioral and therapeutic services to children and adolescents.
• Develop evidence-based Individualized Treatment Plans through caregiver interviews and observations.
• Direct and supervise Behavioral Health Technicians with training and feedback.
• Train caregivers and partner with schools on learner-focused outcomes and participate in IEP and CASSP meetings.
• Monitor and analyze data to adapt programming and improve outcomes.
• Participate in supervision, training, and team collaboration.
• Build positive relationships with families, schools, and colleagues.
• Complete daily accurate documentation.

YOUR ROLE

As a BC you will provide individualized, direct one-on-one behavioral and therapeutic services to children and adolescents. You will help learners develop communication, social, behavioral, emotional regulation, and coping skills using evidenced-based assessments and help lead a multidisciplinary team!

• Complete Assessments through caregiver interviews and observations to develop evidence-based Individualized Treatment Plans.
• Direct and Supervise BHTs through Behavioral Skills training: instruction, modeling, rehearsal and feedback.
• Train caregivers and partner with schools on learner-focused outcomes and participate in IEP and CASSP meetings.
• Monitor and Analyze data to adapt and adjust programming.
• Participate in supervision, training, and team collaboration.
• Build positive, respectful relationships with families, schools, and colleagues.
• Complete daily accurate documentation.

We have a dedicated staffing team to build your caseload! Our staffing team works with you to identify appropriate cases and build a consistent schedule.

You start only when at least 18 hours a week of cases are ready for you, and our Staffing team builds your schedule!

QUALIFICATIONS

• Hold a Master's Degree in psychology, counseling, social work or a related mental health field, and at least one year of paid experience working with children or adolescents.
• Hold a current Pennsylvania license (LBS, LPC, LCSW, LSW, LMFT or psychologist) for the $44.00 rate. Clinicians who meet the IBHS graduate degree and experience requirements without a license start at $38.00 and receive free supervision toward licensure!
• Valid PA Child Abuse, Criminal. And FBI clearances (within 2 years).
