Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions accurately and timely in a friendly and professional manner via lobby, drive-thru, ATM, and other avenues.
• Balance cash drawer and research discrepancies when applicable.
• Actively listen to customers and communicate in a friendly, positive manner at all times.
• Recognize customer needs and cross-sell bank products/services to meet their needs.
• Make referrals to other lines of business for traditional and non-traditional products and services.
