Job summary

Sterling Heights Ford is seeking a Mobile Service Technician to perform vehicle maintenance and repairs at customer locations, delivering dealership-quality service with convenience. As a mobile tech, you will diagnose and repair vehicles, document results, and uphold Ford and dealership standards while representing Sterling Heights Ford in the field.

The role requires automotive repair experience, Ford-specific or ASE certifications, a valid driver's license, and a team-oriented,

Qualifications

Previous automotive repair experience required.
1 or more years of experience (Ford)
ASE certifications and/or manufacturer certifications
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Strong diagnostic skills

Responsibilities

Perform repairs and maintenance efficiently and accurately according to Ford and dealership standards.
Diagnose vehicle concerns and determine the appropriate corrective action.
Complete work in compliance with safety requirements and company policies.
Document repairs, diagnostic procedures, test results, and labor times on repair orders.
Deliver exceptional customer service while representing Sterling Heights Ford in the field.
