Job summary

Suburban Ford of Romeo is seeking a Mobile Technician to service customers at their locations. You will perform mobile maintenance and light repairs, focusing on oil changes, batteries, tires, and inspections, while delivering a first-class customer experience.

Work directly with customers in the field, maintain a clean, well-stocked mobile unit, and troubleshoot basic issues. This role requires hands-on automotive work and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Hands-on automotive experience required.
• Ability to diagnose basic issues and provide solutions.
• Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Strong customer service mindset and professional appearance.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Customer-focused mindset — you are the face of the dealership in the field
• Ability to operate manual and automatic transmissions
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• High school diploma (or equivalent) and age 18+
