Duval Ford in Jacksonville, FL is seeking experienced Mobile Technicians to provide on-site maintenance and exceptional customer service. The role may involve roadside assistance and after-hours support for fleet customers.

You will diagnose, inspect, and repair vehicles following dealership and factory standards, with safety and efficiency as top priorities. The position requires availability for night and weekend on-call rotations to serve our customers and keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience inspecting and repairing vehicles.
• ASE certification or equivalent is a plus.
• Proficient with diagnostic tools and repair equipment.
• Knowledgeable about federal, state and local regulations.
• Ability to work safely.
• Able to lift up to 100 pounds.
• Willing to work nights and weekends for on-call rotation.
• Provide after-hours/on-call service, including fleet work.

Responsabilités

• Performs repair work on vehicles as outlined on a service order with efficiency and accuracy, following dealership and factory standards.
• Diagnose causes of malfunctions and perform necessary repairs.

Duval Ford is seeking experienced Mobile Technicians. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and on-site maintenance and at times may be roadside when performing their job duties.

Requirements

• Previous experience inspecting and repairing vehicles
• ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certification or equivalent is a plus.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and repair equipment.
• Knowledgeable and stays abreast of federal, state and local regulations
• Works in a safe manner
• Able to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds
• Must be available nights and weekends for on call rotation.
• Provide after-hours/on-call service to customers that may include fleet service.

Responsibilities

• Performs work as outlined on a repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
• Diagnose cause of most malfunctions and perform repairs.
