Job summary

Premier Equipment is seeking a field service technician to diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on agricultural and turf equipment at customer sites.

You will troubleshoot GPS and Precision Ag technologies, communicate clearly with customers, and support service programs while managing a mobile service vehicle and parts inventory. Safety and thorough documentation are required, ensuring Premier’s reputation for exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience performing service repairs.
• Ability to perform complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic repairs following technical manuals.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and support GPS and Precision Ag technologies.
• Proficient with Service Advisor and basic computer skills.
• Ability to operate diagnostic vehicles and equipment.
• Saturday rotation and on-call availability.
• Experience with John Deere and competitive products.
