Qualifications

• Associate's Degree/Technical degree in vocational nursing or higher.
• Current California Licensed Vocational Nurse is required.
• 2+ years of direct patient care experience in medical settings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical exams and assessments; document patient history.
• Administer vaccinations and collect blood samples when needed.
• Educate patients and coordinate care with clinical team.
• Provide wound care and monitor patient status.
• Develop individualized Care Plans with input from patients and care team.
• Collaborate with physicians, PAs, NPs, and other staff.
• Document visits accurately and timely.
