Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to deliver neuro-focused rehabilitation in home and community settings in New Hampshire, including Meredith and Plymouth. This PRN role offers clinical autonomy, flexible scheduling, and a focus on real-world communication and swallowing skills.

You will assess and treat cognitive-communication, speech, and swallowing impairments, with ongoing re-evaluation and collaboration with the care team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program.
• Valid Speech-Language Pathology license in the state(s) of practice.
• Current CPR Certification in accordance with state regulations.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurological injury preferred.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Moving, lifting, or transferring up to 100 pounds with safety procedures.
• Duties require fine motor skills, visual acuity, and standing/walking for extended periods.
• Health screen may be required prior to assignment and periodically thereafter.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
• Reassess treatment effectiveness and participate in staffing meetings and family conferences.
• Perform discharge evaluations and provide home/community safety recommendations and resources.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, patient, and family.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to enhance patient outcomes.
