Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to deliver one-on-one care to older adults in Federal Way, WA, including private residences and senior living communities.

You'll perform evaluations, create plans of care, and provide evidence-based therapy while documenting in FOX’s EMR system. Telehealth options and flexible scheduling are available to support patient access and clinician autonomy.

Qualifications

• Valid Speech Language Pathology license in the state of practice (WA) or eligibility to obtain
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current CPR certification
• Current ASHA CCC certification
• Proficiency with EMR systems and basic computer skills

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one Speech Language Pathology to older adults in homes and community settings
• Perform evaluations, develop individualized plans of care, and deliver evidence-based treatment
• Deliver therapy sessions to support wellness, longevity, mobility and independence
• Document activities effectively within FOX’s EMR system per regulatory standards
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (PTs, OTs, SLPs, Fitness Specialists)
• Educate patients, caregivers, and staff to promote safety and aging in place
• Provide telehealth / virtual care when appropriate to extend access
