Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to provide in‑home and senior living care in Renton, WA. You will perform evaluations, develop care plans, and deliver evidence‑based speech therapy to older adults in residence or community settings.

You’ll enjoy autonomy to manage your treatment schedule, opportunities to incorporate telehealth, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to improve patients’ communication, safety, and independence.

Qualifications

• Valid Speech Language Pathology license in the state of practice or eligible to obtain
• Degree from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program
• Current CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one Speech Language Pathology to older adults in private residences or senior living communities
• Perform evaluations, develop individualized plans of care, and deliver evidence-based treatment
• Deliver therapy sessions supporting wellness, longevity, mobility, and functional independence
• Document effectively in FOX’s EMR system
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (PTs, OTs, SLPs, Fitness Specialists)
• Educate patients, caregivers, and staff to promote safety and aging in place
• Provide telehealth/virtual care when appropriate
