FOX Rehabilitation is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to join our Tacoma, WA team. You will provide one-on-one SLP services to older adults in private homes and Senior Living Communities, delivering evidence-based treatment within the Geriatric House Calls™ model.

You will have autonomy to manage your schedule, with opportunities for telehealth and in-person visits. Join a clinician-operated practice focused on meaningful patient outcomes and growth.

Qualifications

• Active SLP license in the state(s) of practice or eligibility to obtain
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (ASHA CCC)
• Proficient with EMR systems and basic computer tasks
• Ability to deliver one-on-one therapy in home or community settings

Responsabilités

• Provide one-on-one Speech Language Pathology services to older adults in their homes or senior living communities
• Perform evaluations, develop individualized care plans, and deliver evidence-based treatment
• Deliver therapy sessions to support wellness, mobility and independence
• Document in FOX’s EMR according to regulatory standards
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including PTs, OTs, SLPs and Fitness Specialists
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote safety and aging in place
• Offer telehealth/virtual care when appropriate to extend access
