Job summary

Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, seeks an experienced SLP to deliver functional rehabilitation across home, school, work, and community settings.

You will perform evaluations, create treatment plans, and monitor progress in real-life scenarios such as kitchens, stores, and workplaces, promoting independence and safety for patients.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active SLP license in applicable state(s).
• Current CPR certification required.
• Minimum of one year of speech-language pathology experience.
• Knowledge of neurorehabilitation techniques preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans for speech, language, cognition and swallowing.
• Regularly reassess treatment effectiveness and participate in staff and family meetings.
• Complete discharge evaluations and provide home/community safety recommendations.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team and family.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to improve patient outcomes.
