Job summary

Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for its Home and Community Program. You will perform evaluations, design treatment plans and support clients in real-world settings—from kitchens to grocery stores to workplaces—emphasizing functional recovery in autonomy-driven environments.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid Speech-Language Pathology license in state(s) of practice.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Minimum one year work experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques for neurological injuries preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and transfer patients up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients with speech, language, cognitive and swallowing disorders.
• Regularly reassess effectiveness of treatment plans; attend staffing meetings and family conferences.
• Conduct discharge evaluations and provide home and community safety recommendations.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, patient and family.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to coordinate care and improve outcomes.
